Eye Learn About Preschool Eye Health Lessons

The National Center for Children’s Vision and Eye Health brings you 3 new and engaging eye health lessons for children age 3 through 6 years to learn more about foods that are healthy for their eyes, keeping eyes safe in the sun and while playing and learning, and why children wear eyeglasses and giving them support. Each 15-20-minute lesson includes learning objectives, key points for instruction, and interactive activities. The lessons meet National Health Education Standards Performance Indicators for Pre-K to 2nd grade.

Thanks to the Delta Gamma Foundation for partial funding of these lessons.
